Recipe Ingredients:
- 3 M&M’s Vanilla Cookie Sandwiches, each cut into 4 wedges
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
- 1/4 cup M&M’s Minis
Directions:
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes (+ 1 hour 40 minutes freezing time)
- Attach 1 piece of M&M’s Vanilla Original Cookie Sandwich onto each skewer with the triangle tip pointing up; freeze until ready to use.
- In microwave-safe bowl, heat white chocolate chips and coconut oil for about 1 minute and 20 seconds, stirring every 20 seconds, until chocolate is runny.
- Dip each skewer into white chocolate mixture; freeze for about 10 minutes or until set. Dip each skewer into white chocolate mixture again; freeze for 20 minutes.
- Drizzle semi-sweet chocolate over cookie pop skewers; garnish with M&M’s Minis.
- Freeze for about 1 hour or until ready to serve.
