Baked M&M'S Granola Bars

Ingredients
- 2 pkg (each 75 g) Milk Chocolate M&M'S, divided
- 32 g butter
- 60 mL honey
- 45 g brown sugar
- 80 g peanut butter
- 5 mL vanilla extract
- 2.75 g ground cinnamon
- 180 g large flake oats

Preheat oven to 180ºC/350ºF/Gas Mark 4. Grease 8-inch square baking pan and line with parchment paper. Chop half of the Milk Chocolate M&M'S; reserve remaining Milk Chocolate M&M'S.
In small saucepan set over medium-low heat, combine butter, honey and sugar. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 5 minutes or until butter melts and sugar dissolves. Stir in peanut butter, vanilla and cinnamon until smooth. Remove from heat.
Stir in oats; fold in chopped Milk Chocolate M&M'S. Scrape mixture into prepared pan. Press firmly into even layer. Top with remaining Milk Chocolate M&M'S. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely. Cut into 12 bars.
Tip:
- Substitute almond butter for peanut butter.
