M&M’S Jolly Blondies

Ingredients
- 110g cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 70g butter, melted
- 60ml maple syrup
- 58g packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 90g M&M’S Crispy, divided
- 26g chopped pretzels
- 24g marshmallow bits
- 30ml chocolate sauce

Makes: 12 servings
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease 8-inch square pan and line bottom with parchment paper; set aside. Whisk together flour, baking powder and salt; set aside.
- Stir together melted butter, maple syrup and brown sugar until well combined. Beat in egg and vanilla until incorporated. Stir in flour mixture until just combined. Fold in 60g M&M’S Crispy.
- Scrape batter into prepared baking pan; smooth top. Sprinkle with pretzels.
- Bake for 23 to 25 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out with just a few moist crumbs clinging to it.
- Drizzle with chocolate sauce. Sprinkle with marshmallow bits, remaining M&M’S. Cool completely on wire rack.
- Cut into squares to serve.
Tip:
- Substitute chocolate sauce with caramel sauce if desired.
